When you use Your Brain, we collect:

- Voice recordings you make when using the capture feature. These are sent to third-party services to create your capture and are not stored permanently.
- The text and tasks generated from your captures, stored in your account so you can access them.
- Your phone number if you subscribe to Concierge and enable SMS reminders.
- Basic usage data to help us improve the app.
Third-Party Services
Your Brain uses the following trusted third-party services:
- OpenAI: processes your voice recordings for transcription and understanding.
- ElevenLabs: generates voice responses.
- Supabase: stores your account data and captures securely.
- Firebase: delivers push notifications.
- Twilio: sends SMS reminders for Concierge subscribers.
Your data is never sold to these or any other third parties.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process your voice captures and generate organized tasks and reminders.
- To send reminders via push notification or SMS depending on your plan.
- To improve the app based on usage patterns.
Data Retention
Voice recordings are processed and discarded. Your captures and account data are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights

Children
Your Brain is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
