These Terms of Use govern your use of Your Brain, the voice-first memory assistant app created by Cole Stegman. By using Your Brain, you agree to these terms.

Using Your Brain

Your Brain is a personal productivity tool. You may use it for lawful personal purposes. You may not use it to capture, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and vault PIN or Face ID. Do not share your account credentials with others.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Your Brain offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled. Character voice packs are one-time purchases.

All billing is managed by Apple. To cancel a subscription or request a refund, use your Apple ID settings or contact Apple Support.

Your Content

The captures, tasks, and notes you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using Your Brain, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service.

Your Brain is a productivity and memory tool, not a medical device or substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your health or cognitive function, please consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

Your Brain is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed reminders, or other damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
